movie. The film was originaly named Avatar like the Tv series but was later changed because the producers were worried it will be confused with the Camerons film Avatar. Live action film The Last Airbender came out in 2010. and is the
first of the planned trilogy. Unfortunately critical reception was very negative and it remains to be seen if the other two planed films will be made.
